Form Cure

Technical Specification

Post-curing maximizes material properties for stereolithography prints, improving parts’ strength and performance. Form Cure precisely combines heat and 405 nm light to consistently post-cure prints.
Form Cure is designed for curing parts printed on the Form 3 generation printers, and can also be used for curing smaller parts printed on our large format 3D printers, Form 3L and Form 3BL
Precisely controlled temperature and light to cure 3D printed parts to optimal performance properties.
Advanced Heating
Preheat the chamber and waste no time getting parts ready for optimum post-curing.
Maximize Material Properties
Leverage Form Cure’s default time and temperature settings unique to each material for optimum performance.
Uniform Exposure
Provide consistent curing with a rotating turntable.
Rapid, High-Intensity Curing
Bring temperatures up to 80°C while 13 multi-directional LEDs emit the optimal wavelength of light for fast, effective curing.

Unlock Peak Performance
Form Cure is finely tuned to bring parts to their maximum mechanical properties.
80 DEGREES CELSIUS
An advanced heating system precisely controls curing temperatures up to 80 °C
405 NANOMETERS
13 multi-directional LEDs emit the optimal wavelength of light for curing Formlabs materials
1 REVOLUTION PER MINUTE
A rotating turntable provides uniform exposure during post-curing
